TherapyTots is a place for parents and caregivers of young children with disabilities to find expert guidance and support during a challenging time. As both a mom and a pediatric occupational therapist, I've seen how overwhelming it can be when your child is diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, or another developmental challenge. My goal is to make this journey a little easier for you.

I want you to feel supported, understood, and empowered as you navigate therapy options and resources. Together, we’ll work to set your child up for success and give you the tools you need to feel confident along the way.
